The European Grant for Cutlery Création
Version Anglaise
The fourth edition

This title chosen for this fourth meeting centred around the theme of knives for leisure use is "Leisure-time blades".

After centuries of use by country people, the "pocket" knife has mostly fallen out of everyday use. It is used maybe once a week, and the everyday knife has turned into a leisure tool to accompany week-ends away from it all.
